Our Warranty

                  Our cleaning guarantee applies for 3 days from when the cleaning was completed. Complaints after this time may not be considered.

              Fridges and Freezers should be emptied and defrosted prior to our arrival and turned off so we can clean them. We will not be liable for cleaning freezers which have not                              been defrosted and reserve the right to return to re-clean the property for this reason alone.
              We will do our best to make sure your appliances are cleaned to a high standard. However, if they have not been cleaned since they were purchased regrettably, we will
                  not be liable for ingrained dirt that cannot be removed using chemicals.
              We cannot guarantee the removal of pet odors or cigarette smoke during the cleaning and will not be liable for any deductions for this.
              No refund claims will be considered once the cleaning service has been carried out. A We will not guarantee a re-clean if the property has been accessed by anyone after
                  the clean except the landlord and inventory clerk.
              Please note that the price above is based on a good condition property and if the property is in a bad state on the day of the service there will be an extra charge of £85.                          Please ensure to let us know in advanced so we can charge you accordingly.

  1. Services 1.1. Golden House provides professional cleaning and home maintenance services. Our services may include, but are not limited to, general cleaning, deep cleaning, maintenance, organizing, and related tasks as agreed upon with the client. 1.2. The specific details and scope of services will be agreed upon in writing or electronically before the commencement of any work.

  2. Obligations of Golden House 2.1. Golden House agrees to provide reliable, professional, and efficient services to the best of its abilities. 2.2. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the safety and security of our clients’ premises and possessions during the provision of services. 2.3. Golden House will maintain appropriate insurance coverage, including general liability insurance, to protect against potential claims.

  3. Obligations of the Client 3.1. The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the location, scope of work, and any specific requirements for the services to be provided. 3.2. The client shall ensure the availability of necessary utilities (water, electricity, etc.) during the provision of services. 3.3. The client agrees to secure or remove any valuable, fragile, or confidential items before the commencement of any cleaning or maintenance work.

  4. Limitation of Liability 4.1. Golden House shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. 4.2. While we strive to provide reliable and high-quality services, Golden House does not guarantee the results of our cleaning and maintenance services. Results may vary depending on various factors, including the condition of the premises and the materials involved.

  5. Confidentiality 5.1. Golden House understands and respects the confidential nature of our clients’ information. We will not disclose any confidential or proprietary information provided by the client to any third parties unless required by law.

  6. Intellectual Property 6.1. All content on the Golden House website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, trademarks, and videos, is protected by intellectual property rights and is the property of Golden House or its licensors. You may not use, modify, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission from Golden House.

  7. Termination 7.1. Golden House reserves the right to terminate or suspend our services to a client at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms and conditions or misconduct. 7.2. The client may terminate the services provided by Golden House by providing written notice within a reasonable time frame.

  8. Governing Law 8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Golden House operates.

  9. Modifications 9.1. Golden House reserves the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly review this page for any updates or changes. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitute acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

  10. Indemnification 10.1. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Golden House and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the client’s use of our services, violation of these terms and conditions, or infringement of any rights of third parties.

  11. Dispute Resolution 11.1. Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the provision of services by Golden House shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. 11.2. If the parties are unable to reach a resolution through negotiations, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation, and if mediation is unsuccessful, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures of the designated arbitration authority.

  12. Severability 12.1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

  13. Entire Agreement 13.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Golden House, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

  14. Waiver 14.1. The failure of Golden House to enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing.
